Sales Navigator Coach Action

 

To further enhance and support the learning journey for Sales Navigator customers, we developed in-product learning modules. Our team conducted interviews with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Managers, which reinforced the importance of achieving a ‘healthy’ status within the first 60 days.

We introduced gamification elements into the Coach MVP, with plans to integrate them into both the Sales Navigator Community and Sales Navigator products.

I collaborated closely with engineering to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Additionally, I created all the videos and handled the automated localization of content in seven languages. This involved working with the localization team and utilizing skills in After Effects, JSON, CSS, and ECMAScript.
